Delivery:
These products are hand made to order by Laura Long. We aim to
despatch within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Before purchasing all non UK buyers must contact us by e-mail for a
postage quote.

Returns:
No refunds will be given except in the case of faulty products. Please
note that as each piece is hand made you must expect slight variations
between each item and colours may vary - this is the nature of hand
made products and should not be considered a fault. Each piece is
unique.

Unwanted items can be returned in original condition, within 14 days
for a credit note or exchange.
Any faults with the products must be reported within 7 days of receipt
of the order. All reported faulty items must be returned to us with
all packaging so that an assessment of the fault can be made and a
replacement product issued.

Many of Laura Longs products include small beads and buttons so are
not suitable for young children. If you would like pieces made without
beads and buttons please contact Laura Long by email or fill in the
special request form when ordering. Please note that this does not
make them suitable for very young children.
